Bridesmaid Timeline Checklist

Congratulations of one's engagement. Now it's time to become work and plan the reception. With a little preparation (and a sense of Humor! ) there is take care not to act like a bridezilla.

Here is a checklist to support keep your sanity.

9-12 Months ahead of wedding

• Announce this popular engagement.






• Plan particular wedding you want- ordinary, informal, day or time, number of guests






• Choose a marriage date.






• Determine your budget- Discuss who may be what expenses before making any plans. You should incorporate your parents and future in-laws to achieve success discussion. Remember to treat these with respect. Any money they furnish is a gift!

6-9 Months Before Wedding

• Select Bridal gown






• Choose your attendants- Maid/Matron in case Honor, Best Man, Maid-matron of honour, Ushers, Flowergirls, and Wedding ring Bearer






• Choose a solid Photographer






• Select maid-matron of honour dresses & accessories (Remember to be Kind and listen to their suggestions and concerns).






• Select a catering service (if needed)






• Hire a solid band or DJ

4-5 Months Before Wedding

• Schedule fittings on your own and attendants (don't be worried your flower-girl)






• Reserve any rental items needed for ceremony and reception






• Finalize visitor list






• Order Announcements - Wedding Invitations, thank that you notes, and wedding weight loss diets






• Address invitations or achieve a professional calligrapher






• Plan experience dinner - set particular date, time and location. (This dinner has been given by the grooms' parents. )






• Arrange or even her accommodations for out-of-town guests.






• Start planning honeymoon (Groom usually makes them arrangements after you BOTH decide which place to go. ) Don't forget to obtain any passports or travel documents you'll need.






• Register for products.






• Purchase shoes and accessories (Remember to kick your shoes in prior to a wedding)

2-3 Months Before Wedding

• Order food






• Order party prefers






• Order all vital decorations






• Book all transportation for wedding (if necessary)






• Buy fine jewelry






• Visit lawyer to create any necessary wills so prenuptial agreements

5-8 Weeks Before Wedding

• Purchase offerings for wedding attendants






• Mail invitations (A map to support your guests in capturing the ceremony and reception sites is a wonderful idea).






• Visit hairstylist to determine what style you want inside hair. (Hint: Never change haircolor or alter your style right before marriage ceremony. Any changes should be manufactured at least 3-4 within the next in advance).






• Have a proper wedding portrait taken






• Send customer announcements to newspapers (if necessary)






• Change name and address on driver's license, social security cards, health insurance coverage, and bank accounts






• Reserve customer attire for groom, brings, ring bearer (Usually created by the groom).






• Mail announcements to rehearsal dinner (if necessary)






• Obtain titanium wedding bands license






• Get blood tests if necessary in your state






• Plan a bridesmaid luncheon

2-4 Weeks Before Wedding

• Confirm titanium wedding bands details with officiant






• Arrange final fittings to get a gown and bridesmaids clothing






• Make final flowered selections






• Finalize experience dinner plans






• Confirm details with all service providers - It's a good idea to give them a written list of in your timeline.






• Contact guests who haven't yet responded to your party's invitation

• Meet with your photographer to talk about special photos you really taken.






• Meet inside your DJ or band to ensure the music you absolutely need played






• Remind everyone of attendants (male & female) when to enjoy their wedding attire.






• Purchase any special accessories or make-up you choose your attendants to wear.






• Determine ceremony seating in a special guests (give record to the ushers).






• Plan entrance hall seating-write names on interlace cards.

• Pick up situation attire






• Figure over guest count and recommendation cater






• Arrange for "get-a-way" car deep in a reception






• Review the schedule of events and ultimately minute arrangements with all insurers.






• Confirm honeymoon booking






• Pack for your boyfriend honeymoon

• Give rings to the best man and besty (If no ring Bearer)






• Give quality man money to pay the officiant after the espresso
