Yogurt Ranch Dressing:
16 oz Low fat or Non-Fat, Unflavored Yogurt
2 pkgs Actually Organic Ranch Dressing mix

Mix each one ingredients until smooth; include in portions of 1-2 TBS.

Mashed Potatoes:
1 Brownish Yukon Potato, diced
2 TABLESPOON Chicken Stock
2 TBSP Cream
2 TBSP Butter
Minced Garlic (optional)
Salt & Pepper to taste
